Thanksgiving Dinner Raffle

Complete the form below to enter the Thanksgiving Dinner Raffle. Take a chance to win all the groceries needed to make a holiday dinner for 14-16 people, including a whole turkey, gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberries, green beans, dinner rolls, pumpkin and apple pies!
