The Crouse Pelvic Health team includes board-certified, fellowship-trained medical experts, as well as specially trained nurses and physical therapists.

Our team works together to provide a range of non‑surgical and surgical treatment options for pelvic floor issues.


Cathy Berry, MDCathy Berry, MD
Cathy Berry & Associates
Cathy Berry, MD, received her Bachelor’s degree at St. John’s College and her Doctorate at Albany Medical College. Dr. Berry has been practicing in the Syracuse community since 1995. Dr. Berry is board certified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. The scope of her practice includes GYN surgery and obstetrics.

Myron Luthringer, MDMyron Luthringer, MD
Advanced OB GYN
Myron Luthringer, MD, graduated magna cum laude from Westminster College. He completed both medical school and residency at SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. During that time, he also pursued additional training at MD Anderson in Houston. Dr. Luthringer is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology; a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists; and a long-standing member of AAGL, the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. He has served as a consultant for Intuitive Surgical (da Vinci) and Welch Allyn. Dr. Luthringer specializes in advanced minimally invasive and robotic surgery for women.

Hadley Narins, MDHadley Narins, MD

Dr. Hadley Narins started seeing patients in September 2018 at our office in Syracuse. She has been developing the Female Urology and Pelvic Reconstruction program at Crouse Health. Dr. Narins grew up in Buffalo NY and spent time in Central NY as a child. She completed her undergraduate degree in English Literature from Yale College then graduated from Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. She went on to SUNY Buffalo for her General Surgery internship and Urology residency, which she completed in June 2017. Following this, she completed a fellowship in female urology, voiding dysfunction, and pelvic reconstructive surgery. Her interests include management of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. She specializes in minimally invasive surgery, including robotic sacrocolpopexy.

John Nicholson, MD
Colon Rectal Associates of CNY
John Nicholson, MD, earned his medical degree and completed his residency training at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. Dr. Nicholson went on to complete his fellowship in colon and rectal training at the University of Minnesota. He is board certified by the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery and by the American Board of Surgery.

Navpriya Oberoi, MDNavpriya Oberoi, MD, APRN, MBBS

Navpriya Oberoi, MD, specializes in the comprehensive gynecologic care of women. She received her medical schooling at Christian Medical College in Ludhiana, India, and completed her residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University. Dr. Oberoi completed a fellowship in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica, NY.  She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) and board certified in Female Pelvic Medicine, Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS)/Urogynecology. Her professional specialties are minimally invasive surgery, including laparoscopic and robotic, as well as hysteroscopy, pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence.

Margaret Plocek, MD
Colon Rectal Associates of CNY
Margaret Plocek, MD is board certified in colorectal and general surgery. Dr. Plocek received her medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University, where she also completed her residency. She is fellowship trained in colorectal surgery from St. Vincent’s Health Center in Erie, PA.

Adam Berg, MDAdam Berg, MD
Syracuse Gastroenterological Associates
Adam Berg, MD, received his medical degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He completed his internal medicine training at Yale New Haven Hospital and received his fellowship in gastroenterology at Boston University Medical Center. Dr. Berg specializes in fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT or fecal transplantation) and has a special interest in luminal diseases especially inflammatory bowel disease (IBD- ulcerative colitis and crohn’s disease) and irritable bowel syndrome.

Patricia Chase, LCSW-R
Psychological Healthcare, PLLC
Patricia Chase, LCSW-R is a Therapist with Psychological Healthcare’s Integrated Care Program and is currently seeing patients at Crouse Medical Practice.  She has over 25 years of experience in the treatment of PTSD, Depression, Anxiety and Sexual Trauma.

Women’s Wellness Place
Annemarie Dixie, RN, FNPC has 16 years of experience in women’s health. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Cindy Gillette, PTCindy Gillette, PT
Crouse Physical Therapy
Cindy Gillette, PT, graduated from SUNY Health Science Center College of Health Related Professions. She has pursued pelvic floor physical therapy training, including course work from the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Institute since 2016.
