First Steps Classes
Inviting a baby into your life comes with change and responsibility. There’s so much to know about having a baby and continuing care, and we want to make sure you’re as comfortable and as confident as possible. Even experienced families may want a refresher. That’s why Crouse offers extensive classes, information and assistance to help you and other family members get ready for the big day, as well as the adjustments that follow.
IMPORTANT UPDATES:
- Childbirth classes will be hybrid; some will be held virtually and some in-person at the Sandra & Bill Pomeroy Center for Community & Wellness at Crouse Health. Click here to view class descriptions, dates, times and location.
