The Falk Breast Health Center at Crouse Hospital is located on the first floor of the CNY Medical Building, 739 Irving Ave., Syracuse (directly across the street from Crouse Hospital).
Free parking is available in the Crouse Hospital garage on the corner of Irving Ave. and East Adams St.

For your convenience, mammography appointments are available on Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
