Laboratory Alliance Opens Patient Service Center in Watertown

Laboratory Alliance of Central New York has opened a patient service center at 20053 Summit View Blvd. in Watertown. The center will be open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.

The Watertown patient service center is minutes from multiple hubs of activity including Samaritan Medical Center, doctors’ offices, downtown and more.

All of Laboratory Alliance’s patient service centers are open to the public for laboratory tests ordered by health care providers. Appointments are not necessary and most medical insurance plans are accepted.

Free parking is available adjacent to the building and the location is on the first floor.

“We’re glad to have a patient service center in Watertown,” said Jeff Coyne, director of sales and support services. “In our 26 years as Central New York’s largest state-licensed clinical and anatomic pathology testing laboratory, we have consistently worked with medical practices and health care facilities in the North Country. Now we’re coming full circle in offering convenient walk-in lab services directly to the members of this community.”

Laboratory Alliance has walk-in blood draw services available in five counties – Onondaga, Madison, Oneida, Oswego and Jefferson – which are processed at the main laboratory in Syracuse.
