Crouse Health Names Director of Human Resources

Crouse Health has announced that Rebecca Houde has been appointed Director of Human Resources.

She most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Helio Health (formerly Syracuse Behavioral Healthcare). Prior to that she was Human Resources Director for SBH and also served in various HR roles for Empire Vision Centers in Syracuse.

Houde is an experienced, collaborative HR leader with solid healthcare experience. In her new role at Crouse she will oversee all HR functions, including strategic direction, planning coordination, workforce development, talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits and leadership and staff development.

Houde, a Syracuse native, holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from State University of New York at Oswego.
