CDC Says We Don't Get Enough Sleep

Sleeping Lasy -- News SizeBe honest with yourself: How often do you get restful, uninterrupted sleep for seven hours or more?

A new research study from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention reports that just one in three Americans gets seven hours or more sleep a night.  The effects are staggering, individually and collectively: decreased concentration, impaired general health, development of chronic diseases, as well as a negative impact on safe driving and peak work performance.
