Myron Luthringer, MD

Myron Luthringer, MD, has spent his career in private practice, specializing in advanced minimally invasive and robotic surgery for women. He has held positions as Director of Gynecologic Robotic Surgery at both Community General and St. Joseph’s Health in Syracuse. In addition, he launched the Gynecologic Robotic program at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown.

A Buffalo native, Dr. Luthringer graduated magna cum laude from Westminster College. He completed both medical school and residency at SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. During that time, he also pursued additional training at MD Anderson in Houston. Dr. Luthringer is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology; a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists; and a long-standing member of AAGL, the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. He has served as a consultant for Intuitive Surgical (da Vinci) and Welch Allyn. As a proctor for Intuitive Surgical, he lectured and trained surgeons in Gyn robotics throughout the Tri-State area.

He enjoys swimming and spending time with family.
