Volunteer Application

Volunteering at Crouse starts with a completed application, health form and cover letter, available at the links below.

Once you’ve completed the application, health form and have read the cover letter, Volunteer Services will call you to schedule an appointment for onboarding and to make a Health Office appointment for clearance. At this appointment, you will also be asked to fulfill certain health requirements for volunteering at the hospital, such as being tested for tuberculosis. Following a training period, you’ll be ready to begin your service to the hospital. You may even have an area of expertise that will assist you in finding your niche at Crouse!
