Grateful Patient Program

Did a doctor, nurse, staff member or volunteer make a difference in the care you or a loved one received at Crouse Hospital? If so, Crouse Health Foundation’s Grateful Patient Program is a thoughtful way to recognize or celebrate the excellence of care provided at Crouse. Patients receive compassionate care from highly-skilled professionals, using state-of-the-art equipment, at Crouse. Many of our programs and technologies have been made possible through Grateful Patient donor support.

Each donation made to the Grateful Patient program will be acknowledged by the Foundation, and gifts of any amount are appreciated. The honoree is notified of your thoughtful gesture (the amount of your gift is not, however, disclosed).

Donating by Check 
If making a donation by check to the Grateful Patient program, please make it payable to Crouse Health Foundation and mail to 736 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY, 13210. If you wish to honor a physician, nurse, staff member or volunteer, please provide their name.
