Firefighters: Request a Screening
Screenings can be completed during the 2025 Firefighter Screening Day on Saturday, May 3 or you can be scheduled to complete the screenings on another day that is convenient for you.
Complete the form below and a member of our team will call you to complete registration.
After you submit your form, the scheduling team will contact you between April 14-30, after 4 p.m. If you have any questions, call 315-472-7504, press 1, and then extension 1067.
Appointment priority will be given to active firefighters.
