Educational Coordinator Receives DAISY Award

Nominated for her attention to detail, can-do spirit and pleasant demeanor, Karen Ramsdell, Educational Coordinator, is the latest recipient of the DAISY Award for extraordinary nursing.

Karen has worked tirelessly over the past year with the Wound Care team, the Clinical Nurse Specialists, bedside staff and the management team to help improve the quality and consistency of wound and ostomy education at Crouse.

Her nomination reads: “Her persistence has been a key factor in bringing better care to our patients.”
