American Red Cross Blood Drives

At this time, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to host community blood drives at the hospital. Instead, we are encouraging Central New Yorkers to continue to donate blood at any one of the Red Cross upcoming drives.

It is more vital than ever that eligible individuals come out to give blood to help restock the shelves — especially those with type O blood — to ensure patients have continued access to the treatments they need.

The American Red Cross is now experiencing the lowest blood donor turnout since the pandemic began and more blood donors are needed now!
