Crouse Health has been caring for generations of families for more than 130 years. We offer a full range of general and specialty care, inpatient and outpatient services and community health education and outreach programs.

Values

In early 2004, a team of committed, engaged and passionate employees from all levels of Crouse Health came together in focus group sessions to identify values and behaviors that would form the foundation for the hospital’s culture. The mission, vision and values have been reviewed several times since then, and in 2019, minor changes to the statements were made following input from over 160 key internal stakeholders. The revised mission, vision and values statements were adopted by the Crouse Health Board of Directors in December 2019.
