The Ronald McDonald House offers accommodations for families of children (up to their 19th birthday) who are hospitalized or undergoing outpatient treatment. Families must reside at least 25 miles away from the hospital.

Sarah House is a hospitality house providing shelter and support in a home-like setting to patients and families seeking medical treatment in Syracuse-area hospitals. The house is a 10-minute drive from Crouse and transportation to the hospital is available once in the evening if arranged in advance. No one is turned away from Sarah House, but donations are requested: $20 per night for a single room; $35 per night for a double. More information at sarahhouse.org.

Many nearby local hotels offer a discount to families of our hospitalized patients. For your convenience, we will provide free shuttle service to and from the hotel for your family members upon request. Automatic Teller Machines
An ATM machine is located on the Basement Level of the hospital’s West Tower, just west of the Clock Tower Café before reaching the doors of the connecting corridor to University Hospital.
A second ATM is located on Level 1 (lower level) of the Physicians Office Building, in the tunnel connecting Crouse Hospital with the Crouse Garage.
