My husband Ken was admitted to Crouse recently for emergency heart cath. From the time he entered the ER to his stay on the floor his care was exceptional. Dr. Battaglia was very professional yet showed a concern for my husband and I. The techs and nurses in cardiac cath.were smiling and talkative which helped to relieve the anxiety that my husband and I felt.The nurses went out of their way to accomodate my husband. Everyone was very friendly and polite. I wish I could say that one person stood out but the care by every individual was above and beyond the call of duty. I will always use Crouse for all of my health-care needs. Coincidently I am also a Crouse employee but most of the people caring for my husband were not aware of this fact.
