- An official withdrawal from a nursing course must be completed two weeks prior to the end of the clinical component of the course.
- Requests for a leave of absence must be submitted before Friday of the ninth week of the semester.
- For courses that are one rotation in length, the leave of absence must be submitted before Friday of the fith week of class. Requests submitted after these times will not be considered.
