Health Tip: If You Can't Sleep
03/23/12
(HealthDay News) -- If you're not getting enough sleep or your
sleep is poor, it's important to figure out what's causing the
problem.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention suggests
keeping a sleep diary, and to include:
- When you go to bed and what time you actually fall asleep.
- What time you wake up.
- What time you get out of bed.
- When you take naps, and how long they last.
- When you exercise.
- When you drink alcohol or caffeinated beverages.
