The Crouse Hospital Auxiliary has the perfect remedy to alleviate the dog days of summer: a night out with great friends enjoying delicious food and shopping till you drop. On Tuesday, Aug. 6 from 5 to 9 p.m., the Crouse Hospital Auxiliary will host “Retail Therapy…With An Artistic Flair” at Justin’s Tuscan Grill, 6400 Yorktown Circle, off Carrier Circle, in East Syracuse.
In addition to bountiful food stations and cash bar, “Retail Therapy” will feature an eclectic mix of regional artisans offering jewelry, sculpture, metal works, basket weaving, glassware and more. For details and to purchase tickets, call Connie Bull at 315/288-5294.
Retail Therapy presents three opportunities to exhibit exactly what kind of shopper you are:
Shopaholic - $100 includes admission, one drink ticket, light fare, two raffle drawing tickets; and one raffle drawing ticket to win a pair of London Blue Topaz and 14k gold earrings, plus sponsor recognition
Buyer - $50 includes admission, one drink ticket, light fare and one raffle drawing ticket to win a Simon Pearce Lead Glass item donated by Paola Kay Gifts in Fayetteville
Browser - $30, includes admission and lite fare
Raffle drawing tickets can also be purchased for a chance to win assorted items donated vy the vendors.
This year, vendors include Bella Mia Salon; Born in Fire; C&S Jewelry Design; Creations by Nella; Crouse Gift Shop; Everyday Bow Ties; Lavender Blue; Olive on Brooklea; Onondaga Historical Association; Pottery by Teresa Russo; and more.
Proceeds from the event benefit the Crouse Hospital Auxiliary, which supports the mission of the hospital through its generous donations funding of programs and services. Over the years, the Crouse Hospital Auxiliary has raised funds that have helped support critical areas of the hospital and programs for the community.
