Crouse Goes Orange to Show Support for S.U. Team

Clocktower ORANGE - News SizeOn Friday, March 18 at 9:47 p.m., the Syracuse Orange will face No. 14 seed Indiana State in the NCAA Tournament at Cleveland’s Quicken Loans Arena. Syracuse secured a No. 3 seed in the tournament after finishing the year in a three-way tie for third place in the Big East.

To show our support for Syracuse University, our neighbor on the Hill and a valued community partner, Coach Boeheim, his staff, and the entire team, Crouse will be awash in Orange over the next few days.

Tonight, the hospital’s landmark clock tower will glow against the Syracuse skyline in bright orange, and on Friday, employees have been invited to show their ‘Cuse spirit by wearing S.U. apparel.

In an article on today, Syracuse guard Dion Waiters summed up the Orange’s challenge ahead this way: “Our coaches believed in us. We believed in ourselves. We know we can beat anybody and we can lose to anybody. We just have to believe in ourselves and play Syracuse basketball.”

Well, guys, we believe in you and look forward to great Syracuse basketball and, of course, a win on Friday!

Post-Game Note: While it ended all too soon, we're proud of the Orange, and thank you guys for another great season!
