The Crouse Hospital family again showed its true colors (this time green) by taking part in the 29th annual St. Patrick's Day parade in downtown Syracuse on Saturday, March 12. Staff members and their families marched behind a to-scale replica of the iconic Crouse clock tower, passing out green beads and other assorted lucky charms.
We're quite proud that our Crouse Value "E" (excellence through innovation and creativity) was rewarded with the Parade's top prize: Grand Marshal’s Award – Best Business/Corporate Float!
Special thanks to Plebotomist Sue LeRoy for organizing our participation again this year, and to Christy Cass, operations manager in Health Information Management, for the photo montage, and to Judy Farrelly in Media Services for editing and posting to the hospital's YouTube channel.
Congratulations to all involved with showing Crouse Hospital's support for our community in this fun, seasonal event!
