Sugar substitute½ cup for batter, ¾ cup for berries

Egg substitute½ cup
Fat-free milk2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil2 tablespoons
Blueberries2 cups
Blackberries2 cups
Water¾ cup
Orange peel, grated1 teaspoon
  1. Directions
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Combine flour, ½ cup sugar substitute, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Combine egg substitute, milk, and oil. Stir into dry ingredients until moistened.
  5. Grease the bottom of a 3-quart casserole baking dish. Spread batter evenly into the bottom of the dish.
  6. In saucepan, combine berries, water, orange peel, and ¾ cup sugar substitute. Bring to boil.
  7. Remove from heat and pour over batter. Do not mix.
  8. Bake for 1 hour.
  9. Serve warm with whipped topping or frozen yogurt.
