Donors contributing $1,000 or more annually are recognized as members of the Crouse Health Society. These special donors are recognized at the following giving levels:

Platinum: $10,000 and above
Gold: $5,000 to $9,999
Silver: $2,500 to $4,999
Bronze: $1,000 to $2,499
