Please make your check payable to Crouse Health Foundation and mail to Crouse Health Foundation, 736 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210.
• Non-Cash Gifts
Contact us by calling 315-470-7702 or by emailing CrouseFoundation@crouse.org to discuss non-cash donation options.
• Employer Matching Gifts
Many employers have matching gifts programs which match all or part of an employee’s donation to designated non-profit organizations. Often, spouse and retiree gifts can also be matched. Please ask your employer if the Crouse Health Foundation qualifies.
• Giving Through Wills and Trusts
