COMING IN 2014: NEW EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS.
We are excited to announce the launch of our newly created Crouse employee core competencies and annual performance appraisal process.
What's new? Starting in January, all performance appraisals will be completed online as part of the GPS system. Appraisals will use behavioral-based core competencies in place of the previous job-specific, task-based appraisals. These new competencies are an extension of our Mission, Vision and Values and culture.
Why the change? This change will assist us with continuing our journey and strengthening our values to enhance the Crouse culture. It will also support all employees’ career and professional development while also helping to achieve Crouse’s strategic organizational goals.
How will the change take place? Members of the management team will receive training on the new system in mid-December. Starting in January, mandatory training will be held for all employees. There will be a variety of times and locations offered to accommodate all shifts throughout the month. Individual managers and members of the Human Resources team will be available to answer any questions you might have as we make this transition.
