Fee: $5 per class

Yoga is a mind-body practice with origins in ancient Indian philosophy. The various styles of Yoga used for health purposes combine physicial postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Yoga is intended to increase relaxation and balance the mind, body and spirit. Instructor: Lisa Miles.
